Job summary

Futu Holdings Limited in Saudi Arabia is seeking a Senior IT Engineer to own local IT infrastructure, operations, security and asset management. You will act as the IT liaison between the China HQ and the subsidiary, executing local IT strategy and ensuring regulatory and information security compliance.

Minimum 5 years of progressive IT infrastructure and operations experience is required; experience with audits and ISO 27001 / SOC 2 / PCI DSS alignment is essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of progressive IT infrastructure and operations experience.
• Experience supporting IT compliance and security programs (audits, regulator liaison, ISO 27001 / SOC 2 / PCI DSS).
• Strong stakeholder communication and liaison with HQ and regulators.

Responsibilities

• Implement corporate IT standards, policies and security requirements; align local infra with global IT architecture; provide updates to HQ and local management.
• Deliver IT infrastructure projects for offices and client sites end-to-end.
• Establish standardised PC endpoint framework; manage deployment and support of business applications.
• Maintain AV, access control, CCTV, IP telephony and MFPs.
• Administer DNS/DHCP and resolve network incidents.
• Manage full lifecycle of IT assets and software licenses; budget planning and audits.
• Administer core enterprise systems: AD, PBX, email, virtualization and NAS.
• Provide on-site support with HQ network team; liaise with operators and data centers.
• Develop SOPs to standardise local IT workflows.
• Support IT compliance programs; regulatory interpretation, controls, risk assessments, and audit liaison.
