Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or related field.
• Experience in IT management, preferably in factory/manufacturing/industrial environment.
• Strong experience in networks, servers and IT infrastructure.
• Experience with ERP systems.
• Good knowledge of information security and cyber security practices.
• Experience in user rights management and data protection.
• Experience with backup management, disaster recovery and continuity.
• Experience managing IT suppliers, contracts, licenses and assets.
• Experience in digital transformation and systems development is advantageous.
• Proven ability to lead and manage IT teams.
• Strong project management, problem solving and decision making skills.
• Proficiency in spoken and written English.
