Job summary

ESOL Global is seeking an experienced Infrastructure Engineer to lead end-to-end engineering implementation for major oil & gas and manufacturing facilities in Saudi Arabia. The role focuses on designing, deploying, and optimizing critical industrial software systems and data pipelines to drive digital transformation and measurable business results.

You will collaborate with plant managers, control systems engineers, software developers, and corporate IT executives to deliver enterprise IT/OT

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a technical field.
• 6–10+ years in industrial automation or oil & gas IT/OT.
• Strong knowledge of engineering systems and plant software architectures.
• Experience delivering enterprise IT/OT integration projects.
• Excellent client-facing communication in multicultural settings.

Responsibilities

• Design, configure, deploy, and maintain industrial engineering systems.
• Lead data integration and performance tuning across platforms.
• Collaborate with plant automation, reliability, and IT/OT teams.
• Define system roadmaps and vendor integration plans.
• Oversee SAT/UAT, training, and post-implementation support.
• Ensure safety, cybersecurity, and governance compliance.
• Maintain architecture docs and project milestones.
• Coordinate onsite schedules across facilities in Saudi Arabia.
