Job summary

Wood is seeking a Senior Planner/Scheduler (PMC) for remote project sites across Saudi Arabia. You will develop and maintain detailed schedules, resource-loaded baselines, and progress reports for complex projects.

The role requires a engineering degree, at least 10 years scheduling experience, and strong knowledge of ARAMCO standards, Primavera P6, and project controls. You will collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams, manage change, and ensure timely delivery.

Qualifications

• Degree in Engineering is a must.
• Minimum 10 years scheduling experience.
• Proficient in Primavera P6.
• Knowledge of ARAMCO standards and procedures.
• Experience in planning and scheduling.
• Strong planning theory, process, and best practices.
• Ability to develop and maintain performance targets.
• Expert in project controls and planning tools.
• Strong spreadsheet and database skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration across multidisciplinary teams.
• Able to meet tight deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a detailed project schedule with milestones.
• Create resource-loaded baseline schedules and progress tracking.
• Produce project plans, S-curves, Histograms and man-hour data.
• Prepare weekly and monthly progress reports.
• Analyze progress, schedule performance and critical path.
• Provide planning information to the project team.
• Ensure compliance with QA plans, policies and standards.
• Update schedules for changes and latest progress.
• Assist with change notifications and re-baselining.
