Job summary

AtkinsRéalis is seeking a senior Risk Manager in Riyadh to establish and maintain risk management across major roads, highways, bridges, and related infrastructure. You will lead workshops, develop risk registers, and perform quantitative analyses including Monte Carlo simulations to support schedule and cost forecasting.

You will work in a PMC/engineering environment with exposure to government authorities, transport agencies, and large-scale programs in the Middle East.

Qualifications

• Minimum 20 years in project controls, risk management, or project management.
• At least 10 years in a dedicated risk management role within a PMC or engineering consultancy.
• Experience on large-scale roads, highways, bridges, and transportation projects; Monte Carlo & quantitative risk assessments.
• Experience supporting government authorities, transport agencies, and large-scale infrastructure programs in the Middle East is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement project risk management frameworks, methodologies, and procedures.
• Lead risk identification workshops with project stakeholders, consultants, contractors, and client representatives.
• Establish and maintain project and program risk registers.
• Conduct qualitative and quantitative risk assessments for infrastructure projects.
• Develop mitigation strategies and contingency plans to reduce project exposure.
• Monitor emerging risks and opportunities and recommend proactive actions.
• Produce Schedule Risk Analysis (SRA) and Cost Risk Analysis (CRA) reports for leadership and clients.
