Job summary

KBR, Inc. in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia is seeking a Logistics Manager to lead project logistics across sites for a major infrastructure programme.

The role requires extensive experience in logistics management, stakeholder coordination and contractor oversight to ensure alignment with the Project Logistics Management Plan. The candidate will work closely with the Senior Logistics Manager, Construction Supervisors and the Engineering Team to address security, constructability and schedule challenges

Qualifications

• BSc in construction management, engineering, architecture or equivalent.
• Minimum 15 years total experience.
• Minimum 5 years in a similar role.
• Minimum 5 years in the Middle East.
• MS Office proficiency; fluent in English; Arabic language skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop, monitor and update the Project Logistics Management Plan Interface within the Operations and Logistics & Asset Management Team to ensure coordination and implementation of logistics works in line with project deliverables.
• Supervise the logistics supply contractors.
• Ensure Contractors’ logistics management plans align with the Project Logistics Management Plan requirements.
• Support Construction Supervisors and Contractors to resolve security and logistics issues.
• Liaise with Engineering Team to assist in design solutions for constructability and logistics.
• Monitor and report on performance of construction supervisors and contractors, including QHS&E requirements.
