Job summary

KBR, Inc in Riyadh is seeking a Senior HSE Manager to lead health, safety, environmental and security performance for a major infrastructure programme. Reporting to the Project Director, you will develop policies, monitor compliance, and drive continuous improvement across design consultants and contractors.

The role requires a BSc in engineering or architecture, 15+ years' experience, 5+ years in a similar role, Middle East exposure, NEBOSH General Certificate, and strong report writing skills;

Qualifications

• BSc in engineering or architecture (required).
• Minimum 15 years overall experience in HSE roles.
• Minimum 5 years in a similar role and 5 years in the Middle East.
• NEBOSH General Certificate mandatory or equivalent.
• Excellent report writing and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee health, safety, environmental and security performance for the programme.
• Develop HSE policy and issue guidelines to consultants and contractors.
• Monitor compliance with policies and lead audits across design teams and contractors.
• Interface with regulatory bodies and report statistics.
• Drive action plans to improve HSE performance and ensure internal compliance.
