Job summary

Qualifications

• BSc in construction management, engineering, architecture, or equivalent.
• Minimum 15 years of overall relevant experience.
• Minimum 10 years in the role on projects.
• Minimum 5 years regional experience.
• MIRM or equivalent professional membership.
• Excellent knowledge of risk management techniques.
• Experience with MS Office and risk management software.
• Fluent English (written and spoken).

Responsibilities

• Developing risk management standards, policies and procedures.
• Establishing and managing the program risk management plan.
• Coordination with program management team, Consultants and Contractors on all aspects of risk management.
• Run and facilitate risk management workshops.
• Maintenance and analysis of the risk register.
• Facilitate development, implementation and tracking of mitigation actions.
• Provide monthly and weekly reports.
• Preparing and making presentations.
