Qualifications

• BSc in construction management, engineering, architecture or equivalent
• Minimum 15 years of overall experience
• Minimum 5 years in the role
• Minimum 5 years regional experience
• Professional memberships and charterships required

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of planners
• Prepare and maintain the project work breakdown structure and integrated master schedule
• Coordinate with Package Managers, Consultants and Contractors
• Analyze and report on Consultants and Contractors schedules and progress reports
• Perform critical path analysis of schedules
• Prepare independent risk analyses of Consultant and Contractor schedules
• Produce monthly and weekly reports
