Job summary

Mace in Saudi Arabia is seeking a Senior Infrastructure Project Leader to plan, coordinate and deliver complex programmes of premium buildings and infrastructure for a high-profile estate. You will drive delivery assurance, manage multidisciplinary inputs and ensure safe, on-time, on-budget outcomes.

You will lead governance, reporting, interfaces and stakeholder engagement across civil, utilities, transport and systems, champion HSE and quality, and provide strategic advice to programme

Qualifications

• Senior project management experience leading complex infrastructure packages.
• Strong governance, controls, procurement support and executive reporting experience.
• Experience coordinating multidisciplinary teams, consultants and contractors in live delivery environments.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end infrastructure project delivery from strategy, planning and mobilisation through design coordination, procurement, construction, commissioning, handover and closeout.
• Establish robust project governance, delivery controls, baselines, cost controls, risk management and reporting rhythms.
• Integrate inputs across civil, utilities, transport, buildings, public realm, systems and enabling works.
• Lead senior stakeholders and contractors to drive decisions and maintain alignment on scope, quality, safety and schedule objectives.
• Provide strategic advice on constructability, sequencing, procurement strategy, delivery risks and recovery options.
• Champion HSE, quality, sustainability, compliance and assurance across the lifecycle.
• Approve project execution and mobilisation plans, delivery strategies, and stakeholder engagement plans.
• Maintain integrated schedules, lookahead plans, progress dashboards and risk registers.
• Oversee procurement inputs, technical evaluations, change impacts and recovery/action plans.
• Prepare governance meeting packs, executive reporting and lessons learned.
