Job summary

Mace combines construction expertise with consultancy to unlock potential in every person or project and redefine the boundaries of ambition. This is a major project in Saudi Arabia delivering mixed-use development, sports, entertainment and arts facilities with associated infrastructure.

As a senior professional, you will lead integrated teams, shape technical strategy, governance, and delivery plans, and act as a focal point for design and procurement.

Qualifications

• Degree level in Engineering, Environmental Science, Architecture, Construction Management, or related discipline.
• Experience leading technical resources and multidisciplinary project coordination on major projects.
• Strong governance, risk management and assurance process knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver annual business plan outcomes within deadlines and budgets.
• Lead and manage technical resources across projects and programme activities.
• Present management reviews and KPIs to project and functional leadership teams.
• Support business development, work-winning initiatives and capability development programmes.
• Ensure compliance with management systems, governance and project standards.
• Act as focal point for design-related matters and improve design management processes.
• Influence procurement strategies and collaborate with PMO for coordinated delivery.
• Promote technical excellence and carbon management initiatives.
