Job summary

Mace is seeking a Civil/Construction Manager to lead the delivery of a major entertainment and luxury hospitality project in Saudi Arabia. You will oversee civil, infrastructure and building works, manage interfaces with contractors and consultants, and drive HSE and quality across delivery teams.

The role requires strong leadership, program discipline, and prior Middle East project experience with visa eligibility for the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

Qualifications

• Degree in civil engineering or construction management.
• Extensive experience delivering major civil, infrastructure and building projects.
• Experience managing contractor-delivered construction packages within complex environments.
• Saudi Arabia visa eligibility and prior Middle East project experience.

Responsibilities

• Managing the construction delivery of civil, infrastructure and building works packages.
• Monitoring contractor performance against programme, quality and safety requirements.
• Coordinating interfaces between contractors, consultants, and client representatives.
• Promoting a strong health, safety and wellbeing culture across all construction activities.
• Supporting project reporting and governance.
• Conducting site inspections and audits to ensure compliance with HSE and quality standards.
