Job summary

Mace is delivering a landmark infrastructure programme in Riyadh, combining construction expertise with consultancy. You will lead end-to-end delivery, coordinating civil, utilities, transport and buildings packages while managing senior stakeholders and consultants.

The role emphasizes governance, risk management, procurement strategy and delivery leadership across design to handover, ensuring safety and program alignment on a prestigious private estate project.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering, construction management, architecture, project management, infrastructure planning or a related discipline.
• Master’s degree, chartered/professional registration or equivalent certification preferred.
• Extensive years of progressive experience in major infrastructure, capital projects, construction, urban development, transport, utilities, real estate or programme management environments.
• Demonstrated senior project management experience leading complex packages with multidisciplinary teams in live delivery environments.
• Strong governance, project controls, procurement support, contract administration, authority coordination, stakeholder management and executive reporting.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end infrastructure project delivery from strategy through closeout.
• Establish governance, delivery controls, baselines, cost controls, risk management, and reporting rhythms.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary inputs across civil, utilities, transport, buildings, public realm and systems.
• Manage senior stakeholders, authorities, consultants, and contractors to align scope, quality, safety, and schedule.
• Provide strategic advice on constructability, sequencing, and procurement strategy.
• Champion HSE, quality, sustainability, compliance and assurance.
• Approve project execution and mobilisation plans, interface and stakeholder plans.
