Job summary

Mace in Saudi Arabia is seeking an experienced Senior Infrastructure Delivery Manager to lead major mixed‑use developments. You will manage contractor performance, construction activities, programmes, and safety objectives across a complex portfolio, working with project controls, commercial, and technical teams to deliver on time and to budget.

Qualifications

• Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management or related discipline.
• 15+ years delivering major infrastructure/construction projects.
• Experience overseeing main contractors on complex developments.
• Strong understanding of construction methodologies, sequencing, temporary works and site logistics.
• Experience managing roads, utilities, drainage, public realm, hardscape and softscape works.
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations and best practice.
• Experience in programme, quality, risk and delivery performance.
• Ability to build relationships with contractors, consultants and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead construction delivery of infrastructure and landscape packages from mobilisation to handover.
• Manage main contractors, subcontractors and site teams.
• Monitor progress against programme milestones and implement mitigations.
• Drive productivity and ensure delivery objectives are met.
• Ensure works meet drawings, specifications, and contractual requirements.
• Coordinate activities across multiple stakeholders and disciplines.
• Oversee testing, commissioning, snagging, defect resolution and handover.
• Provide progress reports and manage change and contractual matters.
• Support readiness and transition activities prior to handover.
