The Senior Construction Manager (Electrical) will lead the electrical infrastructure delivery for a major entertainment and luxury hospitality project in Saudi Arabia, coordinating with renowned architects and global consultants to ensure on‑time delivery and quality across utilities and networks.

Qualifications

• Degree in electrical engineering.
• Extensive years of construction and infrastructure delivery experience.
• Experience delivering electrical infrastructure (high/low voltage, district cooling, water networks, wastewater).
• Strong knowledge of health, safety, quality, and commissioning standards.
• Visa criteria for Saudi Arabia and relevant work experience on high-valued projects for a project management consultancy.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the construction delivery of electrical infrastructure and utility packages from mobilisation through to handover.
• Manage contractors and subcontractors undertaking utility, power and infrastructure works.
• Monitor construction progress against programme and drive recovery plans where required.
• Ensure compliance with project specifications, quality requirements, regulatory approvals and industry standards.
• Coordinate interfaces between utility providers, contractors, consultants and project stakeholders.
• Oversee testing, commissioning and operational readiness activities.
• Drive health, safety and environmental performance across all work fronts.
• Review construction methodologies, temporary works proposals and installation sequencing.
• Support risk identification, mitigation and resolution of site-related issues.
• Produce and present progress updates to senior project leadership.
