Job summary

Fragomen’s MENA Learning & Advisory Hub seeks a Senior Learning & Advisory Specialist to develop knowledge management, deliver advisory services and draft thought leadership across immigration and regulatory practice. You’ll work with SMEs, government authorities and clients to ensure practical, timely guidance and high-quality content.

You will lead strategic analyses, coordinate across teams and contribute to business development with proposals and client engagements in the region.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline with strong research orientation.
• Experience drafting professional reports, client communications and thought leadership content.
• Ability to research and analyze legislation, policy and government procedures and translate findings into practical intelligence.

Responsibilities

• Draft, edit, update and publish content on immigration, mobility and regional regulatory framework.
• Research regulatory frameworks and monitor legislative developments across the MENA region.
• Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts to validate information for practical implementation.
• Conduct quality-control reviews of content, products and processes for accuracy and consistency.
• Prepare strategic analyses and international benchmarking studies, state assessments and policy papers.
• Support business and government advisory projects, including policy drafting and multijurisdictional analyses.
• Coordinate with internal and external teams across workstreams to manage dependencies and deadlines.
• Maintain time records and document project plans and roadmaps.
