Job summary

Fragomen is seeking a Regional Marketing Manager for the Middle East, with flexibility to base in Riyadh, Dubai, or another suitable ME location. The role combines strategy development with hands-on delivery across brand, content, digital and events to support the ME practice.

You will coordinate with global Marketing and BD colleagues to elevate regional visibility and client engagement. The candidate should have 5+ years in marketing, strong channel expertise and fluency in English; Arabic is

Qualifications

• At least five years of progressive marketing experience, preferably in professional services or B2B environments.
• Experience developing and delivering integrated marketing strategies and campaigns across multiple channels.
• Excellent written and spoken English; Arabic or regional language skills are a plus but not essential.
• Ability to translate regional priorities into audience strategies, briefs and activation programs.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver an annual Middle East marketing plan aligned with global strategy.
• Lead multi-channel campaigns to raise awareness of capabilities, sectors and people.
• Manage regional content, briefs and activation across digital, events and partners.
• Monitor results, derive insights and adjust investments and activity accordingly.
