Carrier Global in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia, seeks a Senior Sales Engineer to drive HVAC project sales across the Western Region and convert opportunities into orders. You will develop new business, strengthen customer relationships, and manage strategic accounts while collaborating with internal teams.

The ideal candidate has strong HVAC project sales experience in Saudi Arabia, an established customer network, and a proven ability to meet sales targets.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree requirement in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
• 3–5 years HVAC project sales experience in Saudi Arabia.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
• Established market network with customers and stakeholders.
• Saudi nationals only.

Responsabilidades

• Develop new customer accounts and maintain strong, long-term relationships.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities across the HVAC market in the Western Region.
• Prepare and submit competitive quotations and proposals, and follow up to convert opportunities into orders.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements to identify growth opportunities.
• Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline to support bookings and targets.
• Develop account strategies for key customers to maximize opportunities and profitability.
• Identify and pursue large-scale HVAC projects and support bid preparation and negotiations.
• Cultivate relationships with decision-makers to influence purchasing decisions.
