Qualifications

• A minimum of 12 years of experience in safety.
• Fluency in English language is mandatory.
• NEBOSH certification or equivalent with relevant degree.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage comprehensive HSE initiatives to ensure a secure and compliant working environment.
• Develop and implement HSE strategies, policies, and procedures, integrating them into organizational objectives and projects.
• Monitor and analyze safety performance indicators, identifying areas for improvement and fostering a strong safety culture.
• Oversee the planning and execution of safety programs, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
• Establish and maintain effective relationships with internal stakeholders, regulatory bodies, and external partners.
• Utilize HSE technology and systems to enhance incident reporting, track safety metrics, and facilitate continuous improvement.
• Proactively identify and mitigate HSE risks, addressing issues related to emergency response planning and environmental sustainability.
• Interface with personnel at all levels to understand and address safety needs, providing effective solutions and support.
• Control HSE costs and stay informed about industry trends and emerging HSE solutions.
• Provide strategic recommendations to optimize HSE processes, reduce incidents, and enhance overall workplace safety.
