Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Engineering, Civil Engineering, or related field.
• NEBOSH Diploma or equivalent is mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Lead HSE functions across projects, ensuring compliance with client, regulatory, and international standards.
• Develop and implement the Project HSE Management Plan and policy framework.
• Manage hazard identification, risk assessments, and corrective actions across all activities.
• Oversee contractor HSE performance, reviews, and competence records.
• Lead investigations into incidents and implement preventive actions.
