AtkinsRéalis is seeking an experienced HSE Manager to lead Health, Safety and Environment activities across Saudi Arabia, ensuring compliance with local regulations and corporate standards. The role partners with operations, logistics, and client stakeholders to drive continuous safety improvements and wellbeing programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Engineering, Environmental Science, or a related discipline.
• Professional HSE certifications such as NEBOSH International Diploma/IGC, IOSH Managing Safely, or equivalent.
• Minimum 15+ years of HSE experience, preferably within engineering, construction, infrastructure, or project management environments.
• Strong knowledge of KSA HSE regulations, international safety standards, and industry best practices.
• Experience implementing and managing HSE Management Systems within large organizations.
• Experience managing HSE requirements related to accommodations, transportation, and driving safety programs.
• Strong understanding of ISO standards, including ISO 45001 and ISO 14001.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to develop and deliver engaging HSE training programs.
• Fluency in English; Arabic language skills would be an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Provide HSE leadership and oversight for all KSA operations.
• Embed a positive safety culture across business units and project teams.
• Ensure compliance with corporate HSE standards, local regulations, and GHSEMS.
• Support project managers and operational leaders on HSE matters.
• Conduct HSE risk assessments and recommend mitigations.
• Monitor incident reporting, investigations, corrective actions, and lessons learned.
• Collaborate on accommodations and transportation safety.
• Oversee driving safety programs.
• Conduct HSE audits and inspections across sites and contractor operations.
• Deliver HSE training and wellbeing initiatives.
