Job summary

AtkinsRéalis Group in Saudi Arabia seeks an experienced HSE Manager to lead Health, Safety and Environmental activities across projects, accommodations and transport. You will implement GHSEMS, ensure regulatory compliance, and foster a strong safety culture with site leadership and clients.

The role requires 15+ years in HSE, NEBOSH International Diploma or IOSH Managing Safely, ISO 45001/14001 knowledge, and proven ability to influence stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in OH&S or related field.
• NEBOSH Diploma or IOSH Managing Safely certifications preferred.
• 15+ years of HSE experience in engineering, construction, or project management.
• Strong knowledge of ISO 45001 and ISO 14001.

Responsibilities

• Provide HSE leadership and oversight for all AtkinsRéalis operations in KSA.
• Ensure compliance with GHSEMS and local regulations.
• Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigations.
• Lead incident investigations and lessons learned.
• Develop and deliver HSE training programs.
