Job summary

AtkinsRéalis is seeking an experienced HSE Manager to lead Health, Safety, and Environmental activities across its KSA operations. You will drive a just safety culture, ensure compliance with GHSEMS and local regulations, and collaborate with project, logistics, and client stakeholders to improve health, safety, wellbeing, and environmental performance.

The role requires 15+ years of HSE experience, strong knowledge of ISO standards, and the ability to travel within KSA.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Engineering, Environmental Science, or related discipline.
• Professional HSE certifications such as NEBOSH International Diploma/IGC, IOSH Managing Safely, or equivalent.
• 15+ years of HSE experience in engineering, construction, infrastructure, or project management environments.
• Strong knowledge of KSA HSE regulations, international safety standards, and industry best practices.
• Experience implementing HSE Management Systems within large organizations.

Responsibilities

• Provide HSE leadership, guidance, and oversight for all AtkinsRéalis operations within KSA.
• Promote a just safety culture across business units and project teams.
• Ensure compliance with GHSEMS, local regulations, and corporate HSE standards.
• Support project managers and leaders on all HSE matters.
• Conduct HSE risk assessments and propose mitigations.
• Monitor incident reporting, investigations, and corrective actions.
• Oversee HSE audits, inspections, and compliance assessments.
• Develop and deliver HSE training and awareness campaigns.
• Engage with clients, regulators, and contractors on HSE matters.
• Monitor HSE KPIs and prepare management reporting.
