Job summary

Parsons Corporation in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, seeks an HSE Inspector to ensure construction safety compliance across offices and active sites. You will perform routine inspections, report findings, and support incident investigations with project teams and Client representatives.

Ideal candidates have an engineering degree and at least 4 years of HSE experience, including 2 years in an inspector role. NEBOSH IGC and IOSH/IIRSM credentials are desirable, with Saudi experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Engineering degree from an accredited university.
• Minimum 4 years of HSE experience.
• At least 2 years in an HSE Inspector or similar site safety role.
• NEBOSH IGC or equivalent; IOSH/IIRSM desirable.
• Saudi/Middle East project exposure preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct routine HSE inspections across project offices, construction areas, and contractor work locations.
• Identify unsafe conditions, unsafe acts, and deficiencies requiring corrective action.
• Liaise with Project Managers on safety deficiencies affecting personnel or operations.
• Collect, review, and consolidate HSE data from supervision consultants and contractors.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly HSE reports and summaries for Client review.
• Verify that HSE deliverables are submitted, reviewed, and implemented as required.
• Maintain records of inspections, assessments, and corrective actions.
• Support incident investigations and risk assessments when requested.
• Deliver HSE orientation sessions and awareness training as needed.
