WSP in the Middle East is seeking a highly experienced HSE Engineer to join our Construction Supervision team on a major Roads & Highways project in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The successful candidate will oversee health, safety, and environmental compliance throughout project execution.

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Professional HSE certifications such as NEBOSH IGC, NEBOSH Diploma, IOSH, or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and enforce compliance with project HSE plans, procedures, and standards.
• Conduct site inspections, audits, and safety assessments across active construction areas.
• Review contractor HSE documentation including risk assessments, method statements, lifting plans, and emergency plans.
