Job summary

WSP Global Inc. in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, is seeking an experienced Site Engineer to lead site activities on a major Roads & Highways project.

The role requires deep civil engineering expertise, a track record of delivering highway infrastructure, and at least 12 years of relevant experience. You will supervise daily construction, ensure works meet drawings and specs, coordinate with contractors and consultants, and produce progress reports while upholding quality, safety and environmental

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from a recognized university.
• Minimum 12+ years of overall professional experience in civil engineering and infrastructure projects.
• Previous experience working in Saudi Arabia is mandatory.
• Strong experience in Roads & Highways construction and infrastructure projects.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and monitor daily site construction activities for roads and highway projects.
• Ensure construction works comply with approved drawings, specifications and project requirements.
• Monitor roadworks activities including earthworks, pavement, asphalt, drainage and related infrastructure.
• Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, consultants and other stakeholders for smooth execution.
• Review construction drawings, method statements, material submittals and technical documents.
• Prepare daily site reports, progress updates and inspection requests.
• Coordinate with project management and engineering teams for timely milestones.
• Conduct regular site inspections ensuring quality, health, safety and environmental compliance.
