Job summary
WSP is seeking a highly experienced HSE Engineer to join our Construction Supervision team on a major Roads & Highways project in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring the highest standards of health, safety, and environmental compliance are maintained throughout project execution.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or related discipline with OH&S focus.
- 12+ years of professional HSE experience on major road/highway projects.
- Experience with Saudi regulations, client requirements, and international standards.
- Proven track record in consultancy or site supervision environments.
- NEBOSH Diploma/IOSH or equivalent certifications are advantageous.
Responsibilities
- Monitor and enforce project-specific HSE plans and standards.
- Conduct site inspections, audits, and safety assessments.
- Review contractor HSE documentation including risk assessments and method statements.
- Ensure regulatory compliance and promote safe working practices.
- Lead incident investigations and develop corrective actions.
- Report HSE performance and participate in progress meetings.
