• Collaborate with department leaders to ensure alignment of HR initiatives with business objectives and workforce planning.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives within HR practices fostering a culture of innovation and efficiency.
• Mentor and guide junior HR team members providing leadership and support to enhance their professional development.
