Job summary

ENGIE Saudi Arabia is seeking an HR Operations Lead to deliver end-to-end HR services across the KSA region from Riyadh. You will lead the People Service Desk, recruitment operations, learning administration, payroll & time, and people administration to drive compliant and efficient HR delivery.

You will partner with HRBPs and business leaders to standardize processes, ensure data accuracy, manage government relations, and support continuous improvement initiatives in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• 8–10 years of progressive HR experience across HR operations
• Experience in recruitment operations, payroll, HR administration and learning coordination
• Strong working knowledge of Saudi labor law and government processes

Responsibilities

• Oversee HR Operations & Service Delivery for KSA including People Service Desk, payroll, time & benefits, and HR administration.
• Lead end-to-end Recruitment Operations in partnership with HRBPs and hiring managers, including posting vacancies, sourcing, interviewing, and offers.
• Coordinate Learning Administration: system item creation, scheduling, learner enrollment, attendance tracking, and completions.
• Oversee payroll master data, payroll processing, and liaison with Finance and external vendors for payments and benefits administration.
• Manage the full employee lifecycle: onboarding, contract administration, data changes, leave management, and records accuracy.
• Provide functional oversight to GRO and ensure visa, iqama, renewals, exits, and compliance with Saudi regulations.
• Ensure operations comply with Saudi Labor Law, ENGIE policies, controls, and audit requirements; maintain documentation for audits.
• Drive continuous improvement in processes through automation and cross-functional collaboration with HRBPs, Finance, IT, Legal, and external vendors.
