Job summary

Rawaj HCM Jobs is seeking an HR Manager to lead the transformation of the HR function in a leading logistics and transportation company. You will develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and systems that align with business objectives and ensure full compliance with Saudi Labor Law.

Build a structured HR department, drive workforce planning, talent acquisition, performance management, and organizational development across the company.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• Professional certification such as CIPD, SHRM, SPHRi preferred.
• Minimum 8 years of progressive HR experience.
• At least 5 years in an HR Manager or equivalent leadership role.
• Experience in logistics/transport/industrial sectors preferred.
• Strong knowledge of Saudi Labor Law and HR platforms.
• Experience in HR policy design and governance.
• Hands-on experience in workforce planning, talent acquisition, and compensation.

Responsibilities

• Lead HR function and oversee HR operations across the organization.
• Assess HR function and implement development plan.
• Develop HR policies and internal regulations compliant with Saudi Labor Law.
• Ensure compliance with Qiwa, GOSI, Mudad, Muqeem, and HR requirements.
• Review organizational structure, roles, reporting lines, and authorities.
• Manage workforce planning, recruitment, and onboarding.
• Design and manage compensation, benefits, and salary administration.
• Develop performance management systems and KPIs.
• Lead employee relations, investigations, and grievance handling.
• Identify training needs and implement learning initiatives.
• Coach HR team and prepare executive workforce analytics.
• Provide strategic HR recommendations to senior management.
