Job summary

Zohorecruit in Riyadh is seeking an experienced HR Supervisor to lead recruitment, payroll, and HR operations in a fast-moving distribution company. You will ensure compliance with Saudi labor regulations and manage onboarding, contracts, and records.

The role requires strong knowledge of local HR platforms and excellent organizational skills to support daily HR activities and employee relations while maintaining confidentiality.

Qualifications

• Age 30-45 and minimum 5 years HR experience.
• Experience with Saudi HR platforms such as Qiwa, GOSI, and Mudad.
• Strong knowledge of Saudi Labor Law and employment regulations.
• Experience in payroll administration, recruitment, and personnel management.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Nationality: Any Arab nationalities living in KSA.
• Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes.
• Prepare, administer, and renew employment contracts in compliance with Saudi labor regulations.
• Process monthly payroll, employee benefits, and final settlements.
• Maintain and update employee records, personnel files, and all employment-related documentation.
• Monitor attendance, leave requests, overtime, and employee absences.
• Handle onboarding, offboarding, contract termination, and end-of-service procedures.
• Ensure compliance with Saudi Labor Law and HR best practices.
• Manage HR-related government platforms and employee registration requirements.
• Provide day-to-day HR administrative support and employee relations assistance.
• Maintain confidentiality of employee information and company records.
