Job summary

We are seeking a highly experienced Construction Manager for large-scale hospitality projects in the PMC sector in Saudi Arabia. The role oversees all construction activities, manages project teams, and ensures delivery from inception to completion.

Responsibilities include planning, budgeting, quality and safety assurance, risk management, and strong stakeholder engagement. A minimum 12 years of PMC hospitality experience and relevant degrees are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• Minimum of 12 years of experience in construction management on large-scale hospitality projects within PMC.
• Strong technical expertise in construction methods, materials, and techniques.
• Proficiency in project management software and stakeholder management abilities.
• Familiarity with international building codes, standards, and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Develop construction plans, schedules, and logistics for hospitality projects.
• Coordinate with project teams, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure efficient execution.
• Prepare and manage budgets, cost estimates, and forecasts.
• Monitor expenditures, track costs against budget, and implement cost-saving measures.
• Establish and enforce quality assurance processes to meet standards.
• Conduct regular inspections and quality checks for compliance.
• Implement and enforce safety protocols to maintain a safe site.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate construction risks and hazards.
• Manage contracts including bidding, negotiation, administration, and compliance.
• Ensure contracts comply with legal, regulatory, and commercial requirements.
• Serve as primary contact for stakeholders (clients, architects, engineers, contractors).
• Provide regular updates on progress, milestones, and issues.
• Lead and motivate project teams including PMs, site engineers, supervisors, and laborers.
• Foster a collaborative, high-performance culture focused on construction excellence.
