Job summary

We are seeking a highly experienced Construction Manager for large-scale hospitality projects in the PMC sector in Saudi Arabia. The role oversees all construction activities, manages project teams, and ensures delivery from inception to completion.

Responsibilities include planning, budgeting, quality and safety assurance, risk management, and strong stakeholder engagement. A minimum 12 years of PMC hospitality experience and relevant degrees are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• Minimum of 12 years of experience in construction management on large-scale hospitality projects within PMC.
• Strong technical expertise in construction methods, materials, and techniques.
• Proficiency in project management software and stakeholder management abilities.
• Familiarity with international building codes, standards, and regulations.
