Qualifications

Minimum of 12 years of experience in construction management roles on large-scale hospitality projects.
Experience in PMC sector and hospitality project delivery.
Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
Familiarity with international building codes and standards.

Responsibilities

Develop comprehensive construction plans, schedules and logistics strategies for hospitality projects.
Coordinate with project teams, subcontractors and vendors to ensure efficient execution of construction activities.
Prepare and manage project budgets, cost estimates and forecasts; monitor expenditures and implement cost-saving measures.
Establish QA processes and conduct inspections to ensure compliance with standards and regulations.
Manage contracts, bidding, negotiation, administration and compliance.
Serve as primary contact for clients, architects, engineers and contractors; provide progress updates.
