Job summary

Parsons is seeking a Senior Roads Design Engineer for its PMO in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The role focuses on advanced highway engineering, design reviews, pavement engineering, and road safety assessments to support major highway projects.

The ideal candidate has 15 years of roadway design experience with complex interchanges and a recognized Road Safety Auditor qualification. On-site work in Riyadh is required, with a full-time arrangement under Parsons PMO guidance.

Qualifications

• 15 years of roadway design experience, with emphasis on highways and interchanges.
• Experience reviewing complex highway designs and coordinating comments for approvals.
• Proven capability in Road Safety Audits and multidisciplinary coordination.

Responsibilities

• Conduct detailed technical reviews of highway and road drawings, specifications, and design reports.
• Review designs at concept and detailed design stages for compliance with standards.
• Coordinate with structures, drainage, utilities, traffic and other disciplines to resolve issues.
• Lead or participate in formal Road Safety Audits and document findings.
• Review third-party submissions and prepare coordinated comments for approvals.
