Job summary

Parsons is seeking an experienced Road Safety Manager to lead audits, design reviews, and coordination across the project lifecycle for MEA highway programs in Saudi Arabia. The role requires strong RSA leadership and proven ability to manage complex, multi-disciplinary teams.

You will supervise RSA tasks, liaise with design consultants, contractors, and authorities, and promote Safe System principles through all stages of design, construction, and operation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field such as Transportation.
• Chartered Engineer status required.
• Certified Road Auditor.
• Minimum 15 years of relevant technical/engineering experience, including delivery of complex, multi-disciplinary projects.
• Experience coordinating with stakeholders, contractors, and authority bodies.
• Demonstrated RSA task leadership across different project stages.

Responsibilities

• Lead road safety audits across MEA region.
• Serve as RSA team leader on local and international audits and assessments.
• Coordinate with design consultants and contractors with authorities for compliance.
• Provide safety-in-design guidance and Safe System Approach across disciplines.
• Design and deliver education initiatives to raise road safety awareness.
• Manage stakeholder engagement and capture safety-related risks and opportunities.
• Maintain awareness of international and regional codes, standards and best practices.
