Job summary

Parsons Corporation seeks a Senior Highways Design SME to lead technical direction on major highway projects in Riyadh. You will oversee design reviews, ensure regulatory compliance, and provide expert guidance from feasibility through IFC stages.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
• 15+ years of highway/road design experience.
• Minimum 5 years working on Middle East projects.
• Saudi Arabia experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Act as client’s Senior Highways Design SME and technical authority.
• Provide independent engineering advice on highway design and standards.
• Review feasibility studies through IFC designs and advise on deviations.
• Ensure safety, constructability, and compliance across projects.
• Mentor client teams and coordinate with consultants/contractors.
