Job summary

Parsons is seeking a highly experienced Construction Manager to join its site-based supervision team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. You will lead multidisciplinary site teams, oversee large-scale development works, ensure safety, quality, and programme delivery, and coordinate with clients, consultants, and contractors to meet project objectives.

The ideal candidate has 20+ years in construction management, a relevant degree, and a proven track record delivering complex infrastructure and destination

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering/Construction Management or related field.
• Minimum 20 years of professional experience in construction management.
• Proven experience delivering large-scale infrastructure or development projects.
• Strong leadership, communication, and coordination across multidisciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic direction and leadership to construction supervision personnel and site teams.
• Oversee construction activities to ensure safety, quality, schedule, and budget compliance.
• Review and approve construction plans, method statements, and work programmes.
• Coordinate across development assets and supporting infrastructure.
• Monitor progress and implement corrective actions to address challenges.
• Support claims avoidance and timely coordination with commercial teams.
