Job summary

Radiant Hospitality Company is seeking a Head Chef for a premium, chef-led French restaurant in Riyadh. You will own culinary standards, kitchen operations and the brigade, with full responsibility for food cost and supplier management.

The role requires at least 10 years in professional kitchens and fluency in English and French; Arabic an advantage. Saudi work eligibility and visa sponsorship are provided by the client.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years in professional kitchens with senior leadership experience.
• Strong French/Mediterranean cuisine knowledge, GCC/Saudi experience preferred.
• Proven ownership of food cost, purchasing and labour in a high-volume venue.

Responsibilities

• Execute the menu to brand specification and maintain dish quality.
• Lead menu development, costing, recipe documentation and tastings.
• Oversee pastry and in-house production to the same standard.
• Ensure HACCP, SFDA compliance, hygiene and regulatory requirements.
• Manage purchasing specs, supplier selection, stock, and rostering.
• Recruit, train and develop the kitchen brigade; conduct performance reviews.
• Engage with guests and represent the brand at events.
