Job summary

Radiant Hospitality Company, Riyadh-based, invites applications for Floor Managers to lead service at a premium, chef-led French restaurant in Riyadh. You will oversee the floor, maintain hospitality standards, and guide a multinational front-of-house team.

Reporting to GMs, you will supervise supervisors and staff, ensure SFDA compliance, and drive guest satisfaction with high service standards in a high-volume setting. A tax-free package and visa sponsorship are offered.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in front-of-house in premium or fine-dining with 2+ years as Floor Manager or Senior Supervisor.
• Experience running service in high-volume venue with VIP and corporate clientele.
• GCC experience preferred; Saudi Arabia experience an advantage.
• Strong knowledge of sequence of service, table management and reservations systems.
• Confident with POS and reservations platforms, and competent with cash-up and shift reporting.
• Fluent English and French, written and spoken; Arabic an advantage.
• HACCP Level 2 certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Run the floor during service, managing flow and pace in coordination with the kitchen pass.
• Deliver and enforce the restaurant's service standards and sequence of service at every table.
• Greet and engage guests, with attention to VIPs and large parties, handling special requests.
• Resolve guest complaints on the spot and log feedback for follow-up.
• Oversee reservations, seating plans and waitlist management with the host team.
• Lead pre-shift briefings on menu changes, specials, allergens and VIP notes.
• Allocate sections and roles, and adjust staffing during service.
• Open/close checks, cash-up, float and end-of-day reporting.
• Maintain dining room, bar, terrace and restrooms to standard.
• Monitor ambience: lighting, music and temperature.
• Supervise, coach and motivate front-of-house staff on shift.
• Deliver on-the-job training on menu knowledge, service steps, upselling and guest interaction.
• Manage attendance, punctuality, uniform and grooming standards.
• Support GM with rotas, performance reviews and onboarding.
• Foster a respectful, inclusive culture across a multinational team.
• Ensure SFDA health and safety compliance on the floor.
• Follow cash handling, discount and void procedures; investigate discrepancies.
• Maintain allergen awareness and communicate dietary requirements to the kitchen.
• Report maintenance issues and ensure equipment safety.
• Drive average spend through confident menu and beverage recommendations.
• Support promotions, seasonal menus and events.
• Control breakages, wastage and operating supplies.
