Job summary

KBR, Inc. is seeking a Senior Handover Manager to lead the coordination between PMCs, contractors, and end-users during the final handover from construction to operations for a high-profile infrastructure project in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.

The role requires extensive experience in FLS, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems, plus a leadership track in handover activities. The successful candidate will oversee commissioning, pre-commissioning, and handover documentation, ensuring safety,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related discipline.
• PMP Certification is preferred.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in FLS, Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing Commissioning and Handover within infrastructure and buildings projects.
• Minimum 5 years in a Lead Handover Engineer or Senior Commissioning or Handover role.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with PMCs and contractors for planning, coordinating, and leading handover regimes.
• Lead commissioning leadership and develop handover strategies, execution plans, procedures and schedules.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary commissioning activities to ensure seamless system handover.
• Manage Mechanical Completion (MC) activities and certification processes.
• Interface with Client, Authorities, Engineering, Construction, QA/QC, Operations, HSE, Vendors, and Client teams.
