Job summary

KBR, Inc. is seeking a Senior Operations & Maintenance Manager in Saudi Arabia to coordinate with the Client, PMCs, and contractors for planning and leading O&M requirements for asset acceptance, commissioning, and handover.

The role ensures safe, efficient, and compliant operations across the asset lifecycle. The candidate will oversee start-up, performance testing, and handover with training, ensuring systems are tested, integrated, and transferred to End-users in line with project specs and

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related Engineering discipline.
• Preferred Certifications: PMP Certification or NEBOSH or Equivalent HSE Certification.
• Experience: Minimum 10 years in facilities management with strengths in MEP within infrastructure and buildings projects.
• Experience: Minimum 5 years in a Lead Operations and Maintenance Engineer or Senior Operations and Maintenance role.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with Client to identify operational and maintenance requirements for design.
• Coordinate with PMCs and contractors to deliver safe operation maintenance regimes.
• Lead resolution of operations and maintenance difficulties and complex control problems.
• Engage with Client to understand operational philosophy for EAM/CMMS.
• Monitor and report testing and commissioning activities for asset handover.

Education
