Job summary

Parsons Corporation in Riyadh seeks a Senior Handover Engineer - Commissioning to lead testing, commissioning, and asset handover for large-scale infrastructure programs. You will drive PMO-aligned strategies, manage documentation, and ensure all systems achieve Substantial Completion and Final Handover.

Ideal candidates bring 10+ years in infrastructure, strong coordination with authorities, and hands-on experience with roads, tunnels, utilities, and MEP systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Mechanical, Electrical Engineering or related discipline.
• Member of the Saudi Council of Engineers and eligible for practice in KSA.
• Minimum 10 years in infrastructure projects with commissioning and handover exposure.
• Experience across roads, tunnels, utilities, MEP, ITS, and multidisciplinary programs.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and execution of handover and commissioning strategies with PMO alignment.
• Oversee testing/commissioning across multidisciplinary systems ensuring readiness for acceptance.
• Review handover deliverables: as-builts, O&M manuals, training docs, warranties, asset data.
• Manage Substantial Completion requirements, snag closeouts, and operational readiness evidence.
• Coordinate approvals with municipalities, utilities, authorities, and client reps.
