Job summary

Parsons is seeking a Handover Manager - Infrastructure Assets in Riyadh to lead the asset handover, testing and commissioning, and closeout activities across large-scale infrastructure projects. You will coordinate with project directors, contractors, and operations teams to ensure asset readiness and compliant handover packages.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Engineering or related field.
• 7+ years in handover management, testing and commissioning, or related project delivery.
• Experience on large-scale infrastructure, construction, PMCM, or civil projects.
• Strong knowledge of handover documentation, testing, and closeout standards.
• Saudi national candidate preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily with project leaders and stakeholders on handover progress.
• Maintain asset handover tracker with actions, status, and closeout items.
• Attend site meetings and readiness reviews to verify asset readiness.
• Review testing/commissioning plans for alignment with requirements.
• Monitor on-site testing and commissioning activities as needed.
• Collect and validate test reports, certificates, and manuals.
• Identify gaps and escalate to project manager.
• Prepare handover documentation packages for closeout.
• Provide feedback on missing documents and deficiencies.
• Coordinate with stakeholders for inspections, approvals, and signoffs.
• Deliver weekly updates on progress, risks, and actions.
• Support leadership with readiness summaries and recovery recommendations.
• Maintain organized handover records for audit and closeout.
