Job summary

WSP is seeking an experienced Project Handover & Closeout Manager to oversee the delivery and transition of large-scale civil infrastructure projects in Saudi Arabia.

This role is vital for ensuring that assets are fully completed and documented for operational handover. The successful candidate will lead coordination between construction teams and stakeholders, ensuring compliance and readiness for client acceptance.

Qualifications

• Minimum 15+ years of experience in civil infrastructure projects.
• Proven experience in project handover and closeout phases.
• Experience working within PMC, consultancy, or contractor environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end project handover from construction completion to final client acceptance.
• Ensure completion of all handover deliverables.
• Coordinate to ensure readiness across all packages.
