Job summary

ROGII Inc. in Saudi Arabia seeks a Senior Technical Sales Analyst who blends geology expertise with oilfield drilling know-how to guide clients through software adoption and value realization.

You'll lead product demonstrations, pilot projects and technical proposals, working with global product and engineering teams to shape the roadmap while supporting clients on-site and remotely as needed. Based in Dammam or willing to relocate, you will travel within the GCC to client offices and operations

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Geology, Geophysics, Petroleum Engineering or related field (Master’s preferred).
• 5+ years of oil and gas experience in geosteering, operations geology, well placement, or drilling engineering with client-facing tech work.
• Hands-on experience with horizontal well placement and real-time drilling operations.
• Advanced knowledge of geosteering software; StarSteer experience is a strong advantage.
• Proven ability to present complex technical solutions to technical and management audiences.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Familiarity with AI technologies and applying them to geoscience and drilling workflows.
• Experience with cloud-based E&P platforms.
• Willingness to travel within GCC; visits to client offices.
• Must be based in Dammam/Eastern Province or willing to relocate; Saud residency/nationality preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical sales presentations, live demos and workflow walkthroughs for Saudi Aramco teams on-site.
• Plan and run pilot projects, proofs of concept and trials from scoping to evaluating results and closing.
• Work with Account Manager to find opportunities, qualify client needs and write technical proposals.
• Build and run multi-day training programs for client geologists, geosteerers and drilling engineers.
• Gives senior-level technical support during operations, including escalations outside normal hours when needed.
• Help configure client projects and data integration points.
• Act as the client’s voice inside ROGII. Collect feature requests, prioritize and work with product teams on them.
• Represent ROGII at industry events, technical conferences and workshops in the region.
