Job summary

SAUDI ARABIAN RESOURCES COMPANY in Saudi Arabia is seeking a Senior Geologist to lead regional exploration campaigns and oversee drilling programs, ensuring safety and budget compliance while delivering quality subsurface data. You will develop 3D geological models, estimate resources, and coordinate with labs, regulators, and field teams.

Strong experience with Leapfrog, Micromine, Surpac and field rotations is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Geology or Earth Sciences; MSc in Economic Geology preferred.
• 10+ years of experience in hard-rock gold exploration and resource estimation.
• Advanced proficiency in Leapfrog Geo, Micromine, or Surpac for 3D resource interpretation.
• Knowledge of MIM licensing, Saudi regulations, and mineral reporting standards.
• Willingness to field rotate in remote desert and mountainous terrain.

Responsibilities

• Design and execute regional exploration campaigns for gold.
• Oversee drilling programs (RC and core) per plans and budgets.
• Conduct systematic core logging, mapping, sampling.
• Develop 3D geological models and estimate resources.
• Prepare license documents and compliance reports for MIM.
• Implement QA/QC with certified reference materials and labs.
• Coordinate drilling contractors, geophysical providers, and labs.
• Provide geological input to metallurgical tests and mine planning.
• Lead and train field staff, enforcing HSE on remote campaigns.
