Job summary

Almarai seeks a seasoned Senior Foodservice Sales Leader to maximize profitable growth, building relationships with key customer stakeholders and guiding the sales teams to execute strategic plans.

The role requires 10–15 years of experience, including 5–10 years in Foodservice Key Accounts or FMCG sales management, with strong leadership, budgeting, forecasting and data-driven decision making.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• 10–15 years of overall experience, including 5–10 years in Foodservice Key Accounts or FMCG sales management/distribution sales.
• Experience leading diverse sales teams delivering high performance.
• Knowledge of Foodservice WoW & RTM skills and strong trade relationships.
• Proven ability in budget preparation, data-driven trends, forecasting and planning.
