Job summary

Almarai is seeking an Area Sales Manager II in Riyadh to direct and optimize a van sales operation across assigned territories, aiming to meet budgeted volume and margin for Almarai products. You will monitor regional performance and guide Supervisors to drive market share while ensuring efficient order flow and credit policy adherence.

The role requires 4+ years in FMCG sales management, leadership experience, and strong MS Excel skills.

Qualifications

• Must have a bachelor’s degree.
• Familiar with Traditional Trade Channel.
• 4+ years in FMCG sales management.
• Experienced in leading large teams & worked as a manager for sales sector.
• Able to structure plans for Sales Supervisors to achieve their targets.
• Excellent knowledge in MS Excel & dealing with high volume of numbers.
• Excellent verbal and written communication English skills.

Responsibilities

• Directly manage Supervisors to ensure all areas deliver targeted volume & margin.
• Achieve budgeted volume & margin of Fresh, Foods, Juice & UHT products to drive profit.
• Meet distribution targets weekly across all trade channels with the recommended product portfolio.
• Monitor orders to align with market demand and optimize sales; reduce wastage.
• Ensure customers comply with company credit policy to avoid financial losses.
