Job summary

Parsons Corporation is seeking a senior Fire and Life Safety Design lead in Riyadh who will guide strategy, code compliance, and multi-disciplinary coordination across complex developments. Ideal candidates feature a minimum of 10 years in FLS, strong Saudi code knowledge, and experience in master-planning, infrastructure, and giga-project contexts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or master's degree in Fire Engineering preferred.
• 10+ years in Fire & Life Safety engineering on large developments.
• Strong knowledge of Saudi Building Code, Civil Defence, NFPA, IBC/IFC.

Responsibilities

• Lead FLS design strategy across complex master plans and developments.
• Provide direction on code compliance, fire strategy, and life safety risk.
• Review submissions, calculations, specs for completeness and compliance.
• Challenge weak designs and guide toward compliant solutions.
• Develop fire engineering solutions including smoke control and evacuation.
• Coordinate with architects, MEPs, and authorities to integrate FLS requirements.
